For patients on Long Island or the surrounding area. Booked in one step - payment is collected at your visit.

Add your payment in the patient portal
Log in to the patient portal and add a credit card or HSA/FSA card so your appointment can be confirmed ahead of your visit.
Virtual visits are booked through the same scheduling page. Just choose a virtual appointment type.
A NOTE ON CANCELLATIONS
For both in-person and virtual visits, payment is collected close to or at the time of the appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, advance notice is appreciated. If something unexpected comes up, I'm happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Complete your intake
Inside the patient portal, complete your intake forms before your visit. The more you bring into it, the more we can cover during your visit.
Find your visit link
For virtual visits, the secure video link will be sent to you before your appointment. For in-person visits, plan to arrive about 10 minutes early.
